At Forever Soul Shop, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All sales are final, but we understand that sometimes issues happen.


Defective or Damaged Items:

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We require that defective or damaged items be returned to us before a replacement, exchange, or refund can be issued. Instructions for returning the item will be provided when you reach out to our support team.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for return.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible.
  • Customers are responsible for safely shipping the returned item.

 

Resolution:

Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund, depending on availability and customer preference.
